We will gladly accept the return of products within 30 days of placing the order that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Please provide a digital photo of visibly damaged items. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. We will issue either a full refund, store credit or exchange.
All other returns must be in unopened and undamaged original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization form.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Store credit or a product exchange will be issued upon receipt of the item or items ONLY IF THEY ARE IN UNOPENED AND UNDAMAGED ORIGINAL PACKAGING!
